We're here!

Hello everyone!

The group safely made it to Kenya on Friday and have since been experiencing life in Africa. We've completed tours of Bungoma and Chebukwa, gone to church, and now we're using our lazy day to catch up on emails and plan our week's curriculum.

Everyone is happy, safe and healthy, with no illnesses in sight. The only complaint *and mainly mine* are the chilly showers in the morning. They sure are refreshing.

Tomorrow we'll be back in the village, with the construction team working on the water tanks. The rest of us will be planning out health and after school projects at the community center.

I will write another longer blog tonight and transfer it over tomorrow. It should include photos as well!
